Below are the terms of use. Please be sure to read this before purchasing.

[1] About the departure and arrival period

We have warehouses overseas, and as soon as we receive your order, we will prepare the order. Our inventory is highly fluid, and items may be out of stock after you place an order. Please note. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or defective in shipping, we will contact you by email.

Please note that there are separate tracking sites for international and domestic shipping.

  • In the case of remote islands, there may be additional relay charges, in which case we will contact you before shipping.
  • Please note that in some cases, the delivery company may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.

Flow from order to delivery

Delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 days (business days) from the date of order.

STEP1. Arranging the product (4 to 6 business days after ordering)
After the order (payment confirmation) is completed, the order will be sent to the manufacturer on the next business day.
→We will inspect the product, carefully wrap it, and prepare it for shipping.

STEP2. Ship the product from overseas to the domestic warehouse (7 to 10 business days after ordering)
Passed through customs from an overseas shipping base and then airlifted to Japan.
→After arriving in Japan, it passes through customs again and is transported to a domestic warehouse.

STEP3. Ships from domestic warehouse (14-20 business days after ordering)
After the product arrives at the warehouse, it is carefully inspected again for any problems and packed.
→It will be shipped to the customer via a delivery company.

*Normally, the item will be shipped within 10-20 business days from the date of payment, but it may take longer depending on inventory status. Thank you for your understanding.

*The above flow is just a guide.

Please note that delivery may be delayed from the estimated time due to product exchanges, etc. during the inspection process to ensure delivery of high-quality products, or due to international transportation flight conditions.

*Both are based on business days. We do not perform ordering or shipping operations on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, overseas holidays, or long vacations.

*The shipping completion email does not notify you of the completion of shipping.

Please note that this email will be sent when your order is completed.

Please note that the shipping fee is 580 yen.

If you are purchasing multiple items, please be sure to place the order together.

Even if you purchase multiple items separately and the total amount reaches the free shipping amount, we cannot add them together due to our system.

[2] If you do not receive an order completion email or shipping completion email

There is a possibility that the email address you registered at the time of ordering is incorrect, or it may have gone into your spam mailbox.

Please check again.

When ordering, please also set the domain for the address below.
(Business hours: Weekdays 10:00-17:00)

[3] Regarding cancellation

We apologize, but we cannot accept cancellations after payment has been completed.

We are unable to make changes to your order if you order the wrong size, color, incorrect quantity, or forget to enter a coupon.

The terms of sale are fulfilled when your order is confirmed, so please accept it as is.

Please note that cooling-off does not apply to mail-order sales due to the Specified Commercial Transactions Law.

[4] Regarding long-term absence/incorrect address

If the customer is absent, Sagawa Express will notify you of your absence.

Please request redelivery yourself.

If more than 6 days have passed since the shipping date, the product will be automatically returned to the overseas warehouse.

Products returned to overseas warehouses will be discarded after a certain storage period unless the customer requests redelivery.

If the item is not received and is discarded, we will not be able to accept any re-shipping or refunds.

*Customers will be responsible for re-delivery fees for products returned to overseas warehouses.

*If there is an error in the shipping address, the item will be returned because the address is unknown.

Please be sure to check the address, apartment name, and room number at the time of purchase, as there are many cases where the address, apartment name, and room number are omitted.

[5] Regarding exchanges and returns

If the delivered product is found to be defective or the product is different from what you ordered, we will only refund or exchange it for the same product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, etc.)

・Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days

・Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned

・Products with odors, dirt, or scratches left by the customer

・Refunds without prior notification

In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will promptly replace it.

Please contact us using the chat button on the bottom right with the following information:

・Order number # (listed in the order completion email)

·Product name

・Product label sticker with barcode attached to the packaging bag

・Images that appear to be defective areas

・Product images with tags attached

[6] Regarding inquiries to the shop

Inquiries and questions will only be answered by email.

Please note that we cannot accept inquiries via phone or various Instagram DMs, etc. when using our website.

It may take 3 to 5 business days for us to respond.


1) The products we sell in our shop are highly fluid in stock, and may be out of stock after you place an order.

In that case, we may ask you to request a replacement.

Thank you for your understanding.

2) The color of the product may differ from the image depending on indoor settings and light sources.

Also, please understand that the characteristics of each monitor may differ before purchasing.

3) We do not accept changes in color or size after your order is completed.

・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as the product being different from the image or the actual size being different.

・As this is an overseas product, the size may vary by 2-12cm.

・As this is an overseas product, there may be differences in fabric materials.

・As this is an overseas product, there may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, or poorly tamed areas such as beads or buttons.

・As this is an overseas product, some bottoms such as denim may not have buttonholes, in which case you will need to drill the holes yourself.

Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than shipping.
